About The Role
As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents and leading our care team. Your responsibilities will include:
Assessment & Planning: Conduct and review individualised, evidence-based care plans.
Administering medications and updating care plans
Conducting baseline and focused assessments
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with multidisciplinary staff for holistic care.
Collaborating with residents, families, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure high-quality care

About You
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse




Passionate about aged care and resident wellbeing
Demonstrated aged care nursing experience of 4+ years is highly desirable
Current First Aid, CPR Certificate, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Valid Australian work rights (we are unable to offer sponsorship)
