The Ginger Group is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team on a full time basis.
The role involves supervising our FOH team across café service, functions, weddings and events, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
About You
Previous hospitality supervisory experience
Confident leading and supporting a team
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Organised, reliable and able to work well under pressure
RSA required
Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
