We are seeking a professional and highly personable Audio-Visual Technician to join our team in a full-time role.
This is a client-facing position suited to someone who combines strong technical AV capability with exceptional customer service and communication skills. You will be embedded within a team environment, delivering seamless support for meetings, conferences, presentations, and large-scale live events.
About the Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and support of audiovisual systems across a range of large and small events, ensuring all events operate to a consistently high standard.
The role includes:
Daily setup, operation, and pack-down of AV equipment
Supporting corporate meetings, presentations, conferences, and large-scale live events
Operating audio, vision, presentation, and video systems
Providing real-time troubleshooting and technical support
Liaising directly with corporate stakeholders, presenters, and VIP guests
Maintaining presentation spaces and AV equipment
Coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers where required
Delivering a polished, professional client experience at all times
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience working in corporate AV, events, or technical production
Minimum 1-2 years of AV experience required
Solid knowledge of audio-visual systems and signal flow
Experience with video conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom
Highly developed customer service and interpersonal skills
A professional presentation and communication style
The ability to work independently and take ownership of client outcomes
Strong organisational and time management skills
A positive, solutions-focused attitude
