CODA is seeking a Senior Team Leader to join the leadership team and drive excellence across disability services in the Barwon and South West regions. This hands-on role mentors staff, strengthens Active Support, and ensures secure, high-quality, person-centred supports for participants.
You will oversee day-to-day delivery, build workforce capability, coordinate service planning and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a values-led culture.
