Essential Skills & Qualifications
Previous customer service orindustry experience preferred, but not essential
Adept at navigating computer systems to manage customer interactions and records
Ability to analyse situations and think critically to find solutions to customer issues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced work environment and under pressure
Duties & Responsibilities




Resolve customer issues and concerns in an efficient manner
Learn and stay up-to-date with ourproducts and services, and use this knowledge to enhance customer experience
Assist customers with accurate andtimely order placement, tracking, and processing
Foster strong and positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business
Provide excellent customer service overthephone and on emails making a great first impression in every case
