Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will drive customer experience, coaching a team of 80+ MECCA team members and partnering with senior store leaders to deliver exceptional results.
You will be on the shop floor, model MECCA Magic, oversee operations, performance, and culture, and help shape the flagship workplace.
