Brighton is a community that values knowing its pharmacy team by name. As Service/Retail Manager, you'll be the person who makes that happen. You'll lead a dedicated team of OTC consultants, coach them to give outstanding health and beauty advice, and set the tone for a store that customers love coming back to.

What You Bring
Leadership experience:
You have strong face-to-face retail and people management experience.
Service track record:
You've delivered outstanding service and advice to a wide range of customers.

Availability:
The role is approximately 38 hours per week on a rotating roster, and weekend availability is essential.
