Securecorp is currently seeking a professional and motivated Full-Time Security Officer to join our team at the iconic Chadstone Shopping Centre. This is a dynamic retail security position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and safety outcomes. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for retailers, staff, and visitors while supporting centre operations and emergency response activities.
Roster
This position operates on a 12-hour rotating roster (Days & Nights)

Key Responsibilities
Providing a visible security presence
Monitoring and patrolling assigned areas
Responding to incidents, emergencies, and alarm activations
Managing access control and safety procedures
Writing clear and accurate incident reports
Delivering outstanding customer service to retailers and visitors
Supporting centre operations and emergency response activities
Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Current Victorian Security Licence
Control Room Endorsement
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Previous security experience (retail experience highly regarded)
Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
Professional presentation and reliability
Ability to work independently and within a team
Availability to work a 12-hour rotating roster across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays is essential.
