Key Assets Australia is seeking a Case Manager in our Complex Care service to lead a region-based team of Youth Workers, delivering person-centred, trauma-informed in-home support.
You will work with regional managers to ensure cultural safety remains central in practice, maintain accurate case notes, and coordinate tailored interventions that meet the needs of children and young people. This is a permanent full time role with hybrid working arrangements.
