Workforce Planning & Systems Manager
A leading organisation is seeking a Workforce Planning & Systems Manager to own the effectiveness and continuous improvement of its workforce management systems and processes. You will play a key role in optimising Dayforce, improving workforce data integrity, strengthening operational controls and enabling reliable workforce outcomes across a complex organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
Own the administration, optimisation and improvement of Dayforce workforce management functionality
Manage rostering, scheduling and time & attendance processes
Maintain system configuration, workflows, access controls and documentation
Improve workforce data quality through validation, controls and exception management
Lead pre-payroll workforce data checks and issue resolution
Identify process improvements that reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
Partner with Operations, People, Payroll,



Finance and Technology teams to deliver improvements
Support system changes, testing and implementation activities
You will bring:
Experience managing workforce management systems, ideally Dayforce or a comparable platform
Strong understanding of rostering, scheduling and time & attendance processes
Experience improving systems, controls and operational processes
Ability to analyse data, identify root causes and implement practical solutions
Confidence working across technical and operational stakeholders
