Mounties Group is seeking a Member Services Attendant on a part-time basis at Harbord Diggers in Freshwater, NSW. You will be the brand ambassador, welcoming members and guests with five-star service as they enter the venue.
Key duties include delivering exceptional service, processing memberships, upselling club perks, and maintaining RSA/RCG standards. A friendly phone manner, teamwork, and proficient computer skills are essential.
