We are looking for a highly motivated Legal Assistant who is eager to the team.
What your day will look like
Conducting Legal Research
Assisting with File management
Drafting correspondence, documents and court documents
Compiling briefs
Arranging client and third party conferences
Managing team task lists
Providing administrative support to the wider team
Highly motivatedand proactive
Takes initiative
Has a solid attention to detail
Strong organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines
Friendly and positive disposition
Exceptional interpersonal skills is essential as you will have direct client contact
Available minimum of 3 days per week
