Windermere in Melbourne is seeking a Mums & Bubs Residential Support Worker to assist vulnerable young mothers and children in a medium-term housing program. The role is a permanent part time position, 26.6 hours per week, primarily onsite at the Pakenham houses with occasional work at Narre Warren.
You will coordinate and deliver practical supports to help families build life skills, including budgeting, parenting and job-seeking, under supervision of the Senior Practitioner.
