We are looking for a passionate
In-Room Dining Attendant
to join our Food & Beverage team. In this guest-facing role, you will deliver exceptional in-room dining experiences, ensuring every meal is presented with care, served with professionalism, and reflects the luxury standards of Sofitel.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional, attentive and efficient food and beverage service to all guests
Provide prompt, courteous in-room dining service, including order delivery, presentation, billing, and timely tray/trolley clearance.
Ensure food and beverages are delivered and presented in a timely, polished manner
Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming setting
Assist with tray set up, floor check and delivering amenities
Support opening and closing duties as required
About You
Have a valid RSA or be willing to obtain one
Previous experience in a high-volume hotel or premium restaurant environment is highly desirable.
Thoughtful, accurate, and quick on your feet without sacrificing quality.
Positive, personable, and adaptable under pressure.




Always ready to jump in and support your team members.
Available to work a rotating schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
