Alcoa located at the Wagerup Refinery seeks a Development Chemist to provide chemical and Bayer process expertise across the laboratory and refinery. You will lead investigations, develop analytical methods and coach staff, reporting to the Chemical Services Manager in a Monday–Friday onsite role.
You will troubleshoot process data, support secure operations, and advance analytical capability while coordinating trials, timelines, and costs with refinery teams.
