Sky Services Group in Milsons Point seeks a part time Building Manager for a 40-suite commercial building on a six-month contract. 20 hours per week, with 8am–12pm attendance Monday–Friday and potential schedule flexibility.
You will manage day-to-day operations, nurture relationships with owners, tenants and committee members, coordinate contractors, handle maintenance requests, inspections and reporting while upholding WHS standards and delivering excellent tenant service.
