Life Without Barriers is seeking a Roster Officer to manage live rosters and respond to real-time staffing changes across Australia. This full time parental leave contract through to 7 June **** can be work-from-home or office-based, with a rotating 6am–6pm schedule Monday–Friday and no public holidays.
The role focuses on aligning rosters with service agreements, minimising overtime and agency reliance, and maintaining service quality across the organisation.
