About the role
As a Trainee Administration Officer, you'll:
Develop and maintain policies, procedures, guidelines, templates, and forms.
Provide exceptional customer service to Isaac residents including answering phones and providing face‐to‐face support as required.
Assist Team Leaders, Overseers, and Coordinators with administration, procurement, and financial support.
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and seminars.
Undertake other administration duties as required.
The role at a glance
Type: Fixed Term – 12 months
Hours: Full‐time, 72.5 hours per fortnight
Rate: $***** per hour
Roster: Monday to Friday, 9‐day fortnight (hello long weekends!)




Who we're looking for:
No prior administration experience is required – just a positive attitude and willingness to learn. You'll thrive in this role if you:
Have solid communication skills and enjoy helping people.
Are organised, proactive, and able to work in a team.
Are confident using basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office.
Have completed Year 10 or higher.
Hold a current driver's licence (desirable but not essential).
