Job Description:
Manage the financial and statutory accounting for entity assigned.
Prepare monthly financial reports, such as managing asset accounting, creating journal entries, reconciling accounts, and generating year-end financial reports.
Prepare WIPand provide recommendation on project profitability and cost optimisation.
Monitor trading cost and margin.
Compute key financial indicators and provide trend analysis of financials.
Prepare annual budgets and forecasts.




Monitor cashflow and prepare cashflow statement.
Liaise with internal and external auditors for filing on time.
Handle tax matters including the quarterly GST filing and corporate tax.
Ad-hoc duties assigned and this may include review of policies and procedure.
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualifications
At least 3 years of relevant working experiencein construction
Proficient in MS Office applications
Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
Meticulous and able to work independently
