Sydney's leading MAC (Apple) Consulting services organisation needs a talented MAC Support Engineer. Must have the polish and professionalism to interface with key clients in the field on key MAC issues. Must have top skills in JAMF. Google and Windows experience is a plus. Up to $125K Base + Super.
Job Responsibilities:
Support a diverse range of Apple and Windows clients, iOS devices and peripherals are supported, installed and maintained.
Design, implement and support secure enterprise level cloud solutions.
Provide friendly customer service and outstanding technical support.
Hybrid Work environment - on-site client work required.
Skills and Experience:
Mac OS, iOS and Windows client applications.
Mac MDM using JAMF.
Server administration, both local and hosted.
Google and Microsoft 365 administration.
Cloud backup solutions & management.
Cisco Meraki deployment and management.
Client account management and onsite support experience.
Valid drivers license and own transport.
