As the marketing specialist within a cross-functional squad, you'll own end-to-end EDM and SMS campaign delivery, supported by campaign analysts, agencies and digital teams.
The role
Deliver campaigns:
Manage briefs, content, approvals, testing and launch across customer education and engagement initiatives.
Optimise performance:
Use customer insights, campaign results and A/B testing to improve relevance and effectiveness.
Manage stakeholders:
Partner with data, digital, claims, brand and agency teams to deliver on time.
Maintain quality:
Ensure communications are clear,



consistent and aligned with regulatory requirements.
About you
5+ years in B2C EDM, CRM or lifecycle marketing
, with solid end-to-end campaign experience.
Proven success
engaging and retaining existing customers
through data-led communications.
Financial services, insurance or regulated-sector experience preferred
; telco, utilities and retail backgrounds welcomed.
Strong stakeholder management, agency briefing and content review skills.
Exposure to
Adobe Campaign or similar platforms
; campaign builds are supported by an analyst.
