Northern Star Resources is seeking a Shutdown Coordinator for the KCGM Fimiston Operation in Kalgoorlie, WA. The role reports to the Shutdown Superintendent and drives the Shut Management Process across disciplines, ensuring assets are ready for the next campaign and safety standards are met.
With a residential 8 days on, 6 days off roster and 12‐hour shifts, you will coordinate the planning, scheduling, and execution teams, mentor staff, and maintain compliance to deliver a successful shutdown
