Junior Sales Administrator (Temporary to Permanent Opportunity)
Our client, a well-established and growing business based in Mount Gravatt, is looking for a Junior Sales Administrator to join their team on a full-time temporary basis, with the chance to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a positive attitude who is eager to learn and grow within a supportive workplace.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Junior Sales Administrator, you'll play an important role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Answering incoming phone calls and directing enquiries professionally
Managing customer email enquiries and responding in a timely manner
Providing administrative support to the sales team
Maintaining and updating customer information and records within internal systems
Processing customer orders and liaising with internal teams
Preparing basic documentation and correspondence
Assisting with general office administration duties
Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
About You

Confident communicating via phone and email
Well‐organised with excellent attention to detail
Able to multitask and prioritise effectively
A team player with a proactive attitude
Keen to learn and develop new skills
Experienced in administration, customer service, or sales support (preferred but not essential)
