The Opportunity Sante Recruitment is seeking a General Physician / General Medicine Specialist with FRACP to join Mildura Private Hospital on a full time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced General Physician seeking the financial security of a 300k retainer-based income combined with a fee-for-service model, while also having the opportunity to establish and grow a private specialist practice in Mildura.

The Clinical Role
You will provide Consultant-level General Medicine services across inpatient and outpatient settings.
The role offers exposure to a broad range of medical presentations and provides opportunities to work collaboratively with surgeons, GPs, specialists, nursing and allied health teams.
Your Responsibilities May Include
General Medicine consultations
Inpatient management
Private outpatient clinics
Medical assessment and management of complex patients
Perioperative medical consultation
Multidisciplinary case management
Liaison with referring GPs and specialists
Clinical leadership and education
Participation in quality improvement and clinical governance

About You To Be Considered, You Will Have
FRACP
Specialist registration with AHPRA, or eligibility to obtain specialist registration
Consultant-level experience in General Medicine
Excellent clinical and communication skills
Commitment to high-quality patient care
Ability to work collaboratively with GPs, specialists and multidisciplinary teams
An interest in developing a private specialist practice
Internationally trained Physicians with appropriate specialist qualifications are welcome to enquire, subject to eligibility for specialist recognition and AHPRA registration.
