You will lead the centre's operations, quality of care and a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care in a supported, purpose-built facility.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will drive compliance, occupancy, and budget controls while upholding The Salvation Army ethos and providing solid leadership to staff and residents alike.
