The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Relationship Manager for Real Estate within its Institutional Banking Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for relationship management and business development, supporting the Real Estate Team Leader in establishing and maintaining relationships with Australian companies across Asia. This role involves managing and growing an allocated client portfolio, proactively identifying growth opportunities, and monitoring market trends for potential risks and opportunities in the real estate industry.
The AVP will also be involved in transaction execution, client delivery, and ensuring compliance with risk, governance, and regulatory requirements. Applicants must have at least 7 years' of institutional banking experience, with a strong focus on real estate financing, and a proven track record in business origination and execution.



A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, along with prior knowledge of the Australian real estate industry.
The role demands a proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented individual with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic global workplace. Strong business acumen, interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to resolve issues and achieve outcomes with both customers and internal stakeholders are essential. The AVP will also be expected to contribute to the financial performance of the team and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless client service.
