gym & more!)* 24/7 wellbeing support via EAP and the Calm App**Some of the key responsibilities include:*** Ensure all vehicles are maintained to a high standard* Coordinate fleet movements to maximise utilisation and profitability* Monitor, enforce and devise processes to reduce undetected damage across Western Australia* Coach and guide the WA fleet team (where applicable) to plan and manage fleet for their defined locations/areas - including current car arrivals / defleets, adding restrictions, proposing freight movements, monitoring maintenance and one way activity* Manage the inter-island process and oversee daily reporting of vehicles to be defleeted in each Island* Ensure all vehicle statistics are accurate and daily reporting is completed* Effectively control transfer and relocations costs within agreed budgets**To be considered, you should possess:*** Previous fleet experience or frontline operational experience* Ability to work within budgets and propose cost effective ways of addressing issues* Commercial awareness with a strong focus on achieving KPI's* Ability to analyse and interpret company information / reports* Excellent attention to detail* Exceptional level of communication skills, both verbal and written* Open drivers' licence* Full Australian work rights
