As a key member of the Service team at Umano Medical, you will play a central role in supporting customers and ensuring the optimal performance of products in the field. You'll be the go-to expert for service calls, technical interventions, and customer support, helping deliver an outstanding experience that reflects commitment to quality, reliability, and care.
Key responsibilities
Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Umano Medical equipment at customer sites
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and equipment upgrades
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and electronic failures
Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time
Ensure all work complies with manufacturer specifications and hospital safety requirements
Manage service inventory, tools, and replacement parts
About you
Minimum 3 years of field service experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare equipment




Solid troubleshooting skills in electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems
Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Willingness and ability to travel as required
