Southern Cross Care (SA, NT & VIC) Inc. is seeking an Home Care Coordinator (Enrolled Nurse) to be the central contact for clients.
You will assess and onboard clients, deliver nursing care within EN scope, and coordinate daily service requests and vendor bookings across the region. Applicants should have a Diploma of Nursing, current AHPRA registration, First Aid and CPR certificates, and a valid driver's license with access to a car for client visits.
