The Opportunity
Provide practical engineering support for the manufacture of tunnel segments and road-deck components on a major transport programme.
Your Work
Resolve design, detailing and manufacturing issues with production, quality and delivery teams.
Develop constructable, cost-effective solutions and standardise proven precast approaches.
Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors to meet safety, quality, budget and schedule requirements.
Inspect production facilities and completed components for compliance.
Support heavy-lift and construction interfaces, prioritise resources and identify process improvements.
RequirementsSkills, Education And Requirements
Civil engineering degree or a related qualification.
Experience with precast, concrete, structures or major infrastructure.
Ability to interpret engineering designs and drawings and understand construction processes.
Practical technical problem-solving, strong communication and supplier coordination.
A consistent focus on quality, safe work and continuous improvement.
