Job Description

Reporting to the Portfolio General Manager, the Portfolio Director of Marketing & Digital will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across the Shakespeare portfolio.

Overseeing two Portfolio Marketing Executives, you will provide leadership, direction and expertise across brand positioning, integrated campaigns, digital strategy, content, partnerships and customer acquisition.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded marketing leader who understands the power of storytelling, brand experience and data-led decision making to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

This senior leadership role will see you working closely with stakeholders across the portfolio to deliver strategic outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Develop and lead the portfolio marketing strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
- Drive brand positioning and market presence across multiple hotel brands and locations.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns targeting corporate, leisure and tourism markets.
- Oversee digital strategy, performance marketing and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Partner with Sales, Revenue, General Managers and Accor stakeholders to maximise opportunities.
- Support the development of annual marketing plans and budget strategies.
- Lead and mentor the Portfolio Marketing Executive team.
- Identify opportunities to enhance guest engagement, brand loyalty and revenue growth.
