What you'll be responsible for:

- Maintaining strong operational standards and service excellence

About you:

- Proven experience in business management, business development or operational leadership
- Background in trade wholesale, building supplies,



construction products or a related industry (highly regarded)
- A confident, hands-on leader who leads from the front
- Commercially astute with a strong focus on sales and performance outcomes
- Comfortable making decisions and taking accountability
- Motivated by ownership, impact and long-term success
