These are permanent, Perth-based roles at a well-established operation in Maddington. You'll be home every night, valued for what you bring, and given the backing to make a real difference. The packages are strong, and for the right people there's flexibility to go higher.
The roles Technical Manager
$170,000 – $190,000 TRP

- Lead the technical function, including asphalt technology, mix design, quality and laboratory operations
- Drive product performance, compliance and continuous improvement
- Lead, mentor and develop a capable technical and lab team
- Ideal for: a technical leader with deep asphalt technology, lab and mix design experience

Production Supervisor
$140,000 – $160,000 TRP

- Run day-to-day production across the asphalt facility, hitting output, quality and safety targets
- Lead and motivate the production crew and plan resources to meet demand
- Champion safe work practices and continuous improvement on the floor
- Ideal for: a proven leader of large production operations, ideally in asphalt or similar plant environments

Maintenance Supervisor
$140,000 – $155,000 TRP

- Own maintenance planning and execution across plant, equipment and fleet
- Maximise uptime through smart preventative maintenance and strong contractor management
- Lead and develop a hands-on maintenance team
- Ideal for: a maintenance leader with strong planning, fleet and team leadership experience

Laboratory Technicians (2–3 positions)
Competitive pay, matched to your experience

- Carry out sampling and testing of asphalt and raw materials to the relevant standards
- Record and report results accurately to support quality and compliance




- Work in a supportive team, with room to grow your technical career
- Ideal for: technicians with asphalt, aggregate, soils or construction materials testing experience. NATA laboratory experience is highly regarded.

Who we're looking for
- Experience in asphalt, spray seal, pavement maintenance, quarrying, construction materials or road infrastructure (highly regarded)
- Leadership roles: a proven track record of leading teams and delivering results safely
- Lab roles: hands-on materials testing experience and outstanding attention to detail
- A strong commitment to safety, quality and teamwork
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
