About the Role:
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a well-established national allied health group at their clinic in Shepparton, VIC. You will work within a multidisciplinary team alongside physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, podiatrists and other allied health professionals, supporting clients across NDIS, aged care, veterans' affairs and private services. 482 visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate, making this a great opportunity for overseas-qualified OTs looking to build their career in Australia.
- Complete functional assessments and develop individualised therapy plans
- Deliver occupational therapy services in clinic, home and community settings
- Support NDIS participants with capacity building, daily living skills and goal-based interventions
- Provide assessment and recommendations for assistive technology, equipment and home modifications
- Work with aged care clients to support independence, safety and quality of life
- Write clear, timely reports and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, families, support coordinators and other stakeholders

About You:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist, or eligible to obtain
- Experience in NDIS, aged care or community settings (preferred); new graduates may also be considered
- Strong report writing and communication skills
- Current driver's licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Police Check, or willing to obtain
- Australian working rights, or eligible for 482 visa sponsorship
