National Facilities Maintenance Manager
Salary: $150,000 - $165,000 package

As National Facilities Maintenance Manager, you will lead the maintenance operations and facilities services function across a large multi-site portfolio, ensuring assets are maintained safely, efficiently and cost-effectively while delivering a high level of service to stakeholders.
Managing a small team, you will oversee contractor performance, compliance programs, maintenance delivery and operational budgets, while identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance service standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the network.

Key Responsibilities:

- * Lead the operational delivery of maintenance and facilities services across a national portfolio.
- - * Manage and develop a high-performing team responsible for coordination and service delivery.
- - * Oversee contractor performance across mechanical, electrical, fire and general building services.
- - * Ensure maintenance programs are delivered in line with operational requirements, compliance obligations and service standards.
- - * Manage operating budgets, forecasting, reporting and cost-control initiatives.




- - * Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and service outcomes.
- - *Develop facilities management policies, governance frameworks and operational procedures.
- - *Monitor compliance across essential services, workplace safety and building operations.
- - *Partner with key internal stakeholders to support business operations and the employee experience.
- - *Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the facilities function.

Skills & Experience:

- *Significant experience leading facilities management, maintenance operations or building services teams.
- - *Experience managing large multi-site portfolios across multiple regions.
- - *Strong contractor and vendor management expertise.
- - *Demonstrated leadership capability with experience building and mentoring teams.
- - *Sound financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
- - *Strong understanding of statutory compliance, workplace safety and building services operations.
- - *Ability to balance strategic planning with operational delivery.
- - *Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management, Engineering, *Building Services or a related discipline are highly regarded.
- - *Commercially minded with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
