Are you an experienced Prestart Consultant who is looking to join a stable established home builder with a great office culture and managers who genuinely support you? This is a Perth owned and operated home building company who have a strong, stable history in Perth and consistently deliver quality single storey homes. They have a cohesive team, an open plan office with a friendly collaborative vibe and plenty of social events throughout the year to reward the efforts the team put in!

They are looking for their next Prestart and Contracts team member and are open to an experienced Prestart Consultant or someone with relevant experience who is ready and willing to be trained up!
They are happy to consider part time options too!

What you'll be doing:
• Running Prestart meetings with clients, including selections
• Preparing contracts including raising and actioning variations
• Keeping track of your own assigned jobs and reporting on these to team leader /management as well as liaising with the wider team
• Assisting with shire applications and building permits
• Reading and interpreting floor plans




• Associated admin tasks to ensure the preconstruction phase runs smoothly and clients receive a top notch service!

The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience in a Prestart role or closely related role in the building industry; the ability to read floor plans and a solid understanding of residential building in Perth.
• Strong administration skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional manner
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience in Click Homes is beneficial but not essential
