About the role

As the Department Manager you will be leading and developing a team within the stores Mackay location. You’ll take the reins and be responsible for driving performance across your department, whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting the Store Manager. As the Department Manager, you take great pride in your department, ensuring exceptional visual merchandising, effective stock management, and a consistently high standard across all areas.

Skills and experience





- Store management experience highly regarded
- Genuinely enjoys working with KPIs and targets
- Proven experience in developing and training a team to success
- Consistnelty leading by example on the shop floor
- A passionate attitude towards being responsible for your own department
