We are looking for an experienced Enrolled Nurse who is passionate about delivering person-centred care to join our 87-bed facility in Kempsey.

You must be dedicated to working and understanding the residential aged care environment and standards. We have a range of shifts available and a culture of high-level empathy and compassion for our residents.

The Role

Permanent part-time positions available, ranging from 30 to 70 hours per fortnight, with morning shifts from Monday to Saturday.

We are looking for Enrolled Nurses who are compassionate, motivated, and committed to person-centred care. In this role, you’ll:

- Work closely with the RN to support and guide the care team
- Coordinate care in your allocated section and ensure compliance with care plans
- Recognise and escalate changes in residents’ health.
- Deliver safe, high-quality care aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation

This is a part-time opportunity offering between 30 and 70 hours per fortnight.

About You

- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse - mandatory
- Experience in residential aged care (preferred, but we welcome applications from new graduates)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) an NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Passion for providing person-centred care with kindness and professionalism
