The Opportunity
JK Personnel is seeking Welders for long-term opportunities within an established manufacturing business in the Ballarat region.
These roles offer consistent day-shift hours from 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday, and may suit both qualified welders or those with recent experience looking to build their skills.

The Role
Working within a hands-on production setting, you’ll complete a variety of welding and assembly tasks either independently or alongside another team member. This includes completing detailed fabrication work from plans and specifications along with tack welding and assembly work.
Your day-to-day duties may include:

- Fabrication and assembly work
- Reading and interpreting plans and designs
- Working to project specifications
- Using hand and power tools
- Using overhead cranes to move materials and finished products
- Checking completed work for quality and accuracy
- Maintaining protected work practices throughout the workshop
