About the company
Talent Flow are proud to be working with a fast-growing ServiceNow specialist consultancy headquartered in Sydney. They help organisations get real, measurable value from the ServiceNow platform, from strategy and implementation through to managed support and AI.
They pair big-4 calibre consulting with the speed and personal attention of a boutique firm. Founded in the early 2020s, they now have entities in five countries across Australia, the UK, North America and India. Their clients include some of the best-known brands in Australia and beyond, in telco, banking, law, retail, property, superannuation, health and higher education.
What you'll be selling
You'll take a complete ServiceNow offering to market:
- Implementation and re-implementation across all modules of the platform.
- Advisory, covering platform strategy, architecture and roadmaps, led by former big-4 consultants
- Managed platform support, including enhancements and BAU
- AI enablement, from opportunity assessment and business case through to ServiceNow-native AI agents and pilots
- Licensing advice and onshore/offshore staff augmentation
The delivery team is strong and the work is out-of-the-box-first and done hands-on, so you'll be selling something you can stand behind.
The role
This is both a new-business hunter role and Account Manager. Working closely with the founder and delivery leads, you'll open doors with mid-sized and large enterprises that are implementing, resetting, scaling or adding AI to ServiceNow, and you'll turn those conversations into high-quality, profitable engagements. You will also work with the existing account base to build on the good work that has already been done.
What you'll do
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline of mid-market and enterprise prospects
- Run the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through to proposal, negotiation and close
- Work with architects and delivery leads to scope solutions that clients value and the team can deliver well
- Structure deals that protect margin
- Grow existing accounts by moving clients from projects into support, AI and augmentation services
- Keep accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting
Targets
- First six months: $300K sold, plus a qualified pipeline that shows a credible path to the full-year number
- First full year: $1M sold
The package
- $150,000k - $170,000k base + super
- Uncapped commission
- Paid quarterly in arrears on invoiced GP
- OTE of $205K + super at target $1M
- Real upside: about $239K at $1.5M sold and about $273K at $2M
About you
- A proven record of winning recent business selling ServiceNow services
- Experienced in consultative, multi-stakeholder sales to CIOs, IT leaders and platform owners
- Commercially sharp, and comfortable selling on value and protecting margin
- Self-driven, with the discipline to build pipeline from a standing start
- Keen on AI and how it's changing enterprise service management
- Suited to a boutique, founder-led business where you'll have a real say
Why join
- Sell outcomes for well-known brands, with a delivery team that does hands-on work, not just slide decks
- Be on the frontier of practical AI with ServiceNow-native agents
- Boutique feel with big-4 standards: agile and personal, with rigorous methods
- A people-first culture built on respect, fairness and recognition, with a founder who invests heavily in teaching and developing the team
- A close-knit global team of about 15
