An exciting opportunity for an experienced Retail Property Manager to lead the performance and operations of Iconic retail asset at one of Perth's premier retail destinations. Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive asset performance, lead a multidisciplinary team, manage key stakeholder relationships, and ensure exceptional customer and tenant experiences while delivering strong financial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the centre management team across operations, administration, tenancy delivery and finance.
- Drive asset performance, occupancy, tenant retention and customer experience initiatives.
- Manage centre budgets, forecasting, financial reporting, CAPEX and OPEX.
- Build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, owners, local authorities and stakeholders.
- Oversee leasing support, compliance, risk management and operational excellence.
- Ensure high standards of presentation, safety and customer experience across the asset.
About You
- Proven experience in retail, commercial or shopping centre property management.
- Solid financial management,
budgeting and reporting skills.
- Sound understanding of retail leases and tenancy management.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong leadership skills with experience developing high-performing teams.
- WA Property Registration preferred.
