High Reach Forklift Driver – Freezer Setting

Location: Banyo, QLD
Pay Rate: $35.81 per hour, including freezer allowance
Shift: Monday to Thursday, 12:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Work Schedule: 4 days per week
Temperature: Freezer setting (-18°C to -21°C)

About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced High Reach Forklift Driver to join our client's team in Banyo. This role is ideal for a reliable and safety-conscious operator who is comfortable working in a freezer environment with temperatures ranging from -18°C to -21°C.

You will be responsible for operating a high reach forklift and assisting with warehouse duties to ensure the safe and efficient movement of stock.
Key Responsibilities

- Operate a high reach forklift safely and efficiently.
- Move, stack, and store stock within the freezer warehouse.
- Pick and replenish stock as required.
- Assist with general warehouse duties when needed.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean,



safe, and organised work environment.

Requirements
- Previous high reach forklift experience is essential.
- Valid and current LF forklift licence.
- Comfortable working in a freezer environment at -18°C to -21°C.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transport to and from the Banyo site is preferred.

Pay and Benefits
- $34.96 per hour base rate
- $0.85 per hour freezer allowance
- Total: $35.81 per hour
- Consistent four-day work schedule, Monday to Thursday.
- Afternoon shift from 12:00 PM to 6:30 PM.
