About the Role Working within the toolroom, you'll help maintain and restore extrusion tooling and injection moulds, supporting efficient production and minimising downtime.
Your duties will include:

- Assisting with die cleaning, tooling maintenance and production changeovers
- Dismantling, cleaning, repairing and reassembling tooling components
- Using hand tools,



power tools and toolroom equipment
- Supporting extrusion tooling and injection mould maintenance
- Identifying tooling issues and assisting with repairs
- Following workplace safety and quality procedures

What We're Looking For We're interested in people with practical mechanical skills and a willingness to learn.
You may have experience as a:

- Plastics Extrusion Operator
- Injection Moulding Operator
- Production Operator with die cleaning or changeover experience
- Maintenance Technician or Mechanical Fitter
- Toolmaker or Toolroom Technician

Experience with plastics, tooling, die cleaning, mould changes or mechanical repairs will be highly regarded. A formal Toolmaking qualification is advantageous but relevant hands-on experience and transferable skills are also welcome.
