WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING You'll help customers, technicians and workshop teams find the right parts, deliver great service and keep things running smoothly.
Your day will include:

- Identifying and interpreting truck, bus and heavy vehicle parts
- Assisting customers over the phone,



by email and at the parts counter
- Providing advice on parts availability, pricing and orders
- Sourcing and ordering parts from suppliers
- Processing orders, purchase orders and packing slips
- Following up back orders and deliveries
- Coordinating picking, packing and dispatch
- Assisting with stock control and stocktakes
- Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams

WHO SHOULD APPLY? We're keen to hear from people with experience in:

- Automotive Parts Interpretation
- Truck, bus or heavy vehicle parts
- Car dealership parts departments
- Spare parts sales and distribution
- Automotive parts stores or warehousing
- Parts assistance or warehouse operations with automotive knowledge

You don't have to come from the truck and bus industry to be considered. If you understand automotive parts, enjoy helping customers and are keen to learn, you could be a great fit.
You'll need good attention to detail, sound computer skills, a practical approach and a willingness to get involved.
