In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of swimmers of all ages and skill levels, helping them build confidence, safety awareness, and a love for the water.
What You Will Be Doing
- Delivering engaging and supportive swim lessons to participants of varying ages and abilities
- Creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment in and around the pool
- Encouraging and motivating swimmers to reach their personal goals at their own pace
- Monitoring swimmer progress and providing constructive, positive feedback
- Assisting with pool setup and pack-down as required
- Communicating effectively with participants, families, and team members
- Following all aquatic safety guidelines and facility procedures

- Reliability and a robust sense of responsibility
- A current Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain one
- Basic swimming competency
