Noosa Golf Club is looking for a Full-Time Head Chef to lead our Team; it is located in beautiful Tewantin.

Our operating hours are lunch, 7 days a week 11.30 am to 2.00 pm, and Dinner, Wednesday to Friday 5.30 pm to 8.00 pm.

About this Role:

We are seeking a trade-qualified chef with proven experience in a club environment, bistro or similar hospitality venue. The successful applicant will be capable of producing quality meals during busy service periods while leading and maintaining a positive and harmonious kitchen culture. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring consistent quality, presentation and execution of all dishes

- Supervise, train and mentor kitchen staff,



fostering a team-oriented and professional working environment

- Develop and refine menus in consultation with management

- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene and health regulations at all times

- Monitor inventory levels, manage food costs and minimise waste whilst maintaining quality standards

- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction

- Manage supplier relationships and source premium quality ingredients

- Maintain kitchen equipment in excellent working condition and coordinate necessary maintenance

- Create and implement standard operating procedures and recipes to ensure consistency across all menu items
