You’ll spend most of your day speaking to customers who’ve reached out to us about a quote. Using structured scripts and clear call flows, you’ll guide conversations, explain pricing in simple terms and help customers make confident decisions.

Some calls are easy while others take patience, persistence and confidence to handle objections. It’s a sales environment with targets, where some days feel fast-paced and challenging; if you enjoy conversations with purpose and like seeing effort turn into results, this role will suit you.

You’ll learn through paid training and regular coaching. That’s how your people skills turn into real sales capability with incentives to match your performance.

What you’ll be doing

- A full time role in-office at Sippy Downs
- Speak to customers, helping them understand and choose the right cover
- Follow a clear call structure so customers understand their cover, pricing, and next steps
- Explain options in simple terms so customers can make confident decisions
- Spot opportunities for additional cover and guide customers through a quote when it fits
- Work toward service and sales targets, with regular feedback and coaching
- Follow scripts and compliance requirements to make sure everything is done properly
- Stay calm and professional when conversations are challenging
