As the Collections Officer for ClickMe Cars, you will be working with our customers via phone, email and in person to:
- solve issues with their weekly payments
- set up payment plans
- organise car returns
- manage escalated accounts and basic legal matters
Full training will be provided.
The role is likely to evolve based on the business’ needs as it grows, considering your natural talents and experience.
This role is based in our Windsor office. Some parts of this role can be completed from home, in accordance with the ClickMe Cars Working From Home policy.
About you
We’re looking for a experienced collections officer.

The following things are not required for this role, though are viewed favourably:
- Xero accounting software knowledge
- university degree
- customer service experience
- car knowledge
- English as your native language
