Plaza Hotel in Sydney, NSW, seeks an experienced Line Cook to join a busy kitchen. Casual/Part time role with shifts on Thursday and Friday, 12pm–10pm, from $35 per hour. You’ll handle grill, pizza oven and fryer and work well under speed and pressure.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years’ line cook experience across all sections, a strong focus on cleanliness and FIFO, and a team-oriented attitude with willingness to help prep and cleaning when needed.
