Auto Parts Group (APG) in Brisbane is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Brendale office in a full time permanent role. You will manage parts inquiries, quotes, and phone services, delivering a professional customer experience daily.

Use APG systems to track parts and inventory, address escalations, and maintain accurate records. You will work toward KPIs in a busy, supportive team environment.
